Alliterated names in Harry Potter?

Has anone found a significance to all the names in the HP series that are comprised of alliterations? There are billions-Dudley Dursley, Peter Pettigrew, Godric Griffindor, Helga Hufflepuff, Rowena Ravenclaw, Salazar Slytherin, Severus Snape, Minerva McGonagall, Felius Flitwick...I'm sure there are more. Has anyone found a pattern or a reason behind it?
