Where can I find traffic information on I-95 ?

Ill be traveling from richmond area of va to penns grove nj and will end up taking I-95 most of the way. Unfortunatly, ill be traveling on a friday morning so i'm worried that ill be caught up in some terrible rush-hour traffic. Ide like to know before I go what that drive is like in the morning. Anyone know of a website that can help? Or can anyone give me info on what the drive is like on a friday between 7-9 am.?? Thanks! I rate all answers
