Ok the pain is worse.....?

a little bit ago i wrote a question about the pain im in ... maybe from new meds,... prozac yasmin and sigular..... my legs r numb my headaches r making me cry im dizzy i just threw up my chest feels like its not letting air in i tried taking my inhaler its not working and... the pain in my lower abdomen is awful.... should i go in.....?
