What does Bill Ayers' ideology have to do with Obama?

The issue is that Obama is too proud and too egotistical to admit that he made a SERIOUSLY flawed decision to start his political life in this man's home, and to distribute donated money to liberalize education. If he would just admit that he should've never ociated with this radical domestic terrorist, then this would all go away. mcCain admitted getting involved with Charles Keating was the biggest mistake of his life.
