What can I do to fix my terrible graphics on World of Warcraft?

After downloading the recent 3.3.0 patch on World of War, my graphics are now horrible. The terrain on the game is horrible. I cant see any items in my packs. I cant even see my attacks ons on the bottom of the screen. I basically cant see anything on the bottom of the screen except a blue XP and numbers 1-9. I stopped playing WoW for a couple of months but then when i started again and the 3.3.0 patch was updated, it is now terrible to play. Can anyone help me out? How can i fix these terrible graphics?
