Can i update my video card?

im not sure exactly how to tell you what kind of motherboard i have but i will try what i know about it is its a ECS (elite group company i guess) it says Hybrid Crossfire just bellow the processor fan also i have 1 port available that's red at the end it says PCI-E GEN2 and what kind of video card i should get i currently have and ati display adapter (i think its Integrated not sure) but i want to be able to play gta iv
