Can my dad Leave this woman without losing all of his money?

She kicked him in the ribs and broke them once before, and she has the whole house filthy because she is a pack rat, she steals does insurance fraud , she injures their children and then files claims on them and tries to take all the disability money, if the kids want to have friends over she calls the police right away so that they are alone and isolated in their rooms and she puts locks on everything the fridge so they can't eat, and cameras everywhere and says she will have the police come asap if they misbehave, even if it's just something imaginary like 'disrespecting her' and she calls the police about five times a day, she took all of their cars away so they can't go to school and she also tried to go on 'dinner dates' with them when she is bored because she has no friends. And she doesn't bathe and threatens people constantly etc....My dad wants a divorce but he is afraid she will stalk him or take all of his money. Can he legally be allowed to leave her without giving her a dime ? She also just married him as a meal ticket.
