Can you name some ways on how weed is good for you?

its for my criminal justice cl. i have to write a report explaining the pros and cons of having narcotics/weed or any other drugs. i already know why weed ISN'T good for you. i just need some reasons why it is helpful for some people(medically). so please, help?
