Does this person like me?

ok so i like this person and well i dont really know if he likes me ..ok well he is my friends cousin and she says he acts very diffrent when i am around. he does stare at me a lot. and trys to touch me in a way ( not in a nasty way like hug me ) because i was prentending to fall once nd he is like o ill save you and he kinda hugd me O_O but thats not the point in a way it dosent convince me tht he likes me ..because i had this other friend (not my friend anymore) i talked to him on the phone and i said that she liked him and he is like ooo me too and you know all this S***..i dont know if he was doing it to get me jelous or something.. but im shy and i really dont like people knowing that i like them only if they like me back..tell me what you think
