Who's Who Publication Scam?

I got the same letter............today. I looked it up and everything and people said it was a total scam. I was skeptically from the beginning..it looks legit but I didn't believe I mean wouldn't people be saying all around how much an honor it is to be invited. Yet no one does because it's obviously a scam. Too bad. Huh.
