Yamaha Seca II wont start after 2 months of idleness?

Clean the terminals on the battery... might be corrosion between the contacts causing the 80%... as for the choke, not the prob. floats are most likely dried out. Turn it over, without the choke closed, and smell for gas fumes behind bike. If you smell gas without choke applied chances are the floats are stuck open. Which will not let the bike start easily.
